Surveyors has been involved in land development
in the Eastern Bay of Plenty for nearly 30 years. The
practice originally opened its doors in 1978 and was later
purchased by Boulder Consultants (CNI) Ltd in 2005. It
continues to use 'Ross Overington Surveyors' as it's trading
name.
This practice has been servicing
the Whakatane, Opotiki and Kawerau districts in a wide range
of land development projects. The team offer a range of
services from assessing feasibility and cost of subdivisions,
subdivision design, resource consent applications, engineering
design, and surveying to facilitate the issue of new certificates
of title. Utilising modern technology and computer software
the team is also able to provide setout for engineering
and construction works.
The team has corporate knowledge
of local land ownership and history, community infrastructure,
local district councils planning requirements and legislation
relating to subdivision and land development. They offer
superior subdivision, cadastral, setout and topographical
surveying solutions to a range of groups, from residential
